Ordering:
A 20% deposit is required at time of ordering to secure your order.
Balance of payment is due strictly on completion.Deposit is non-refundable if order is cancelled. |
Deliveries:
Premises need to have easy,adequate access for the delivery.If there is extra handling or time involved other than that of a normal delivery,it will be at the customers expense.
Delivery charges start from $ 44.00 depending on where customer is situated and the size of the unit ordered.
Connecting Kids will happily arrange for delivery to country or interstate addresses.Customers wil be notified of the shipping cost prior to dispatching of their play equipment. |
Installation:
It is essential that the installation site is clear and level,otherwise customers will be charged accordingly.
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to notify Connecting kids of any underground sevices as we accept no liability for damage. |
Kit Form:
All playground equipment is sold in kit form,with a full set of comprehensive instructions and all screws required.Safety rails,platform,ladder,roof,net rope,climbing rungs come in pre-assembled panels. |
D.I.Y Kits for Cubbies:
Our cubbies come in pre-assembled panels,making it easy for customers to assemble ther cubby with only a drill and screwdriver required.Professinal installation is available if required. |

Clearence:
3.0m-3.5m is required both behind and in front of swings.Any part from which falls may occur should be positioned at least 1.9m from any solid object.Connecting Kids can provide installation as directed,but will accept no responsibility for any falls,injuries or consequential damage and the purchaser accepts full responsibility for any consequences regardless of circumstances.For continued safety we recommend regular safety inspections.
Elevated cubbies and forts must have 100mm soft fall material(pine bark)installed around elevated area 1.5mtrs wide for safety.Elevated units not recommended for children under 5 years of age. |

It is normal for some splitting to occur in cypress pine posts of equipment.
